Our Eggs

Rosemary Farm eggs are produced by a cooperative of farm families. Our operations focus on healthy, happy hens, including new enrichable colony systems and locally grown vegetarian feed that never includes animal by-products. Our eggs are never stored or overstocked before processing. Instead, they are delivered fresh, meaning the eggs we produce are some of the freshest available locally.

Each Rosemary Farm egg represents our tradition of caring for our hens with the best methods possible. We know happy hens produce the best eggs and that means a healthier community.

Egg Choices

Eggs laid by hens living in cages with access to feed, water, and security. The cages serve as nesting space as well as for production efficiency. In this type of hen house, the birds are more readily protected from the elements, from disease and from natural and unnatural predators. Click here to view our full line of Conventional Eggs.

Our Specialty eggs are from birds fed diets designed to increase the nutritional content of the eggs according to our customers’ specifications, or from hens kept in alternative housing styles. Click here to view our full line of Specialty eggs.

Pasture Raised

Our naturally-colored Pasture Raised eggs are produced by a cooperative of local, Central Coast Farmers. Our girls roam throughout the pasture, bask in the sun and take soothing dirt baths. They forage on their favorite foods like seeds, green plants and insects. In addition, we furnish our hens with all-natural, vegetarian feed rich in protein to ensure they stay strong and healthy. Our family is proud to be a Rosemary farm family! We are very happy to have access to local cage free eggs; not everyone is so lucky! We're frequently helping Albertson's in Lompoc, sell out of them. I can recall in elementary school when I was a child, we incubated and hatched chicks from your farm. Thank you for the care you put into everything you do, it is an honor to have you as part of the central coast community!
I grew up in Santa Maria and grew up eating Rosemary Farm eggs. Well I went to the Tower Mart here in Marysville Ca. There were your eggs so I got them and guess what? Not only did they bring back memories they were as good as I remember if not better. Keep up the great job. You want quality you want Rosemary Farm eggs.
Just love these eggs! A couple of times got double yokes...reminds me of my childhood when my mother would call for me to show me double yokes saying it was our lucky day!
