Mexican Hot Chocolate Mousse

INGREDIENTS:
3 large egg yolks
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
