Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cup flour
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 large Rosemary Farm eggs
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 granny smith apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Add flour and melted butter into a large bowl.
- Crack two eggs and add into flour mixture, whisking with a hand mixer.
- Then add brown sugar, apples and milk. Mix well.
- Add baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg, whisking until well combined.
- Distribute the muffin mixture evenly into a 12-cup non-stick muffin pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of baked muffins and serve warm!
